Slips

175 slips are on 11 floating docks. Each slip is equipped with dockside water, 208V electrical, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable/internet hook-up, and night lights. Waste pump-out service is offered on weekdays.

We cannot accommodate catamarans or houseboats. We do not sell fuel.

Slips for Seasonal Rental

To enquire about slips available for seasonal rental, please email our Marina Manager or call the main office at 609-494-8801

Tenants are required to complete a written lease agreement which, among other things, acknowledges that they agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations specified in the Master Deed of the Association. For seasonal leases, the tenant will be charged the applicable Associate Membership Fee which will be calculated in accordance with the Slip Listing Agreement.

Slips for Transient Rental

$4.50/foot, plus electricity usage charges ($15/day for 30 amp, $30/day for 50 amp)
Maximums: 63’ LOA, 18’ Beam, 6’ Draft
No catamarans or houseboats
